DESCRIPTION:Meteor Shower Watch Night\nJoin us for the best meteor shower of the year!\nSit back and watch the sky for meteors radiating from the constellation Perseus. There will be a short presentation and telescope viewing at dusk. Grab a Meteor Shower Observing Kit to keep a log of the meteors you see. Bring a red light flashlight or headlamp\, if you have one. If not\, visit the DIY red light table to cover your flashlight with red cellophane.\nCheck in at Yamaguchi Park near the restroom.\nFind your spot on the grass to lay down or lounge in a chair.\nIt will get chilly\, so dress in layers.\nThis is a free event co-hosted by the Town of Pagosa Springs.
